1. Click link and enter your Username and Password. 2. Click on “Connections”, then “Add Connection”. 3. Enter [email protected] 4. We will be notified to approve your connection and once this is done, you will be able to send us cases.
CareStream (CSconnect)
1. After acquiring scan data, you have two options to send us files, CSConnect and Send to: a. CS Connect: Login w/ email & password, choose our name under “pick lab” or input our lab’s email address if this is the first case: [email protected]. b. Send to gives you the option of saving the file to the desktop where you could then attach the files in an email or wetransfer to [email protected].
Sirona Cerec Connect
1. Click link, and log in using the user name/password. 2. On the far left, click my favorite partners. 3. Click the bubble for a direct search (Dentogenics) 4.Click the plus sign next to the lab and then confirm. 5.You will receive an email notification that the file was sent.
iTero
1. Create New Case. 2. Fill out Treatment Information (patient info, scanning order, restoration type, and shade). Choose Dentogenics as the lab of choice. 3. To set up Dentogenics Lab in your system, call iTero customer support if we are not in your system and share our email with them to add us as you lab: [email protected]. 4. Scan Patient and then Click on the “Send” icon in the main toolbar to send the case.
